To ensure we can continue providing the highest level of care, we kindly ask that copays be made at the time services are rendered. This helps us keep our scheduling efficient and focused on your treatment.
Additionally, for appointments scheduled for two hours or longer, we request copays in advance to reserve that time specifically for you. These longer appointments are dedicated blocks in our schedule, and prepayment allows us to commit fully to your care.
All plastic payments including American Express, Discover, Master Card and VISA along with PayPal and Venmo payments will be assessed a 3% transaction fee. Debit, flex, FSA and HSA cards will NOT be assessed this fee.
There will now be a statement fee of $1 if your courtesy sent text-to-pay is not paid and a mailed statement is required.

Credit balances on your account are subject to reimbursement. A check will be issued by MCDental Care, PLLC within upon written request for a refund. Processing/transaction fees will be deducted from any refund in which credit balances occur due to a personal overpayment by credit card or CareCredit.
As a condition of your treatment by this office, financial arrangements must be made in advance. The practice depends on reimbursement from the patients for the costs incurred in their care and financial responsibility on the part of each patient must be determined before treatment. This dental office cannot render services on the assumption that our charges will be paid by an insurance company.
A service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% annum) on any unpaid balance will be charged to the patient on all accounts exceeding 30 days past due, unless written financial arrangements are satisfied.
MCDental Care, PLLC can only estimate insurance payments and laboratory costs. All dental services not paid by insurance are charged directly to the patient. Any unpaid balance, as well as attorney fees, court costs, and collection costs incurred by collection and enforcement of a debt are the responsibility of the patient.
