How do we handle it when you cancel or do not show to your reserved appointment without 48 hour notice? This is the million dollar question. We understand that your life changes, but we need to serve you and keep our costs to a minimum. The most expensive cost of operation we have at MCDental Care is a fully staffed office and empty treatment operatories because of last minute cancellations and no-shows. After careful consideration of all options, we have opted to charge an operatory fee which will need to be paid prior to rescheduling.
