Our office will prepare and submit all of the necessary insurance forms as a convenience to you. However, your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company - not between our office and your insurance company. We will do our best to see that you receive the maximum benefit, but can not guarantee any coverage estimate. Should your coverage be less than anticipated, you are responsible for your remaining obligation.

Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by most insurance policies. However, partial benefits are often available in cases where teeth are broken or have been previously restored with fillings, crowns or bridges. Insurance companies will also usually pay their customary percentage of a less expensive restoration. This amount may then be applied to a more cosmetic material or procedure.

Not a problem! We offer a great "in-house" insurance for the uninsured that offers most of our services to you at a reduced rate.

Enrollment is available to individuals and families who are not already covered by a dental insurance plan. Pre-existing conditions do not disqualify a person from membership in our plan. Insurance fees are $100 per person, per year.
